WA Country Health Service in Northampton is seeking an Activities Coordinator on a permanent/fixed-term part time appointment until 27 June 2027 (38 hours per fortnight). You will plan, develop, implement and evaluate activities for residents, centre-based day care and community clients.

Responsibilities include purchasing and maintaining activity equipment, keeping client records, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
