We are currently seeking experienced, safety-focused Roller Operators (Day & Night shifts) to join the team immediately. - Day Shift: Consistent daytime hours with daily overtime penalties kicking in after 7.6 hours.
- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday nights with night shift rates included, working 10+ hour shifts.

The Role & Key Responsibilities

Operating across active civil infrastructure site environments, your daily responsibilities will include:

- Operating soil, padfoot, and smooth drum rollers for bulk earthworks, pavement construction,



and compaction.
- Supporting asphalt preparation, subgrade compaction, and road/highway rehabilitation.
- Daily pre-start equipment checks and basic maintenance reporting.
- Working in around live traffic, trenching works, and alongside heavy plant.
- Assisting with ground civil duties and spotting when required to support the crew.

What You Need to Succeed

- Tickets & Licences: Valid RII Roller Ticket (RIIMPO317F), White Card (General Construction Induction), and a current Driver's Licence with reliable personal transport to Heathwood.
- Experience: Proven track record operating rollers on civil construction, earthworks, or roadwork projects. Experience with GPS systems or operating other civil plant (Excavator, Grader, Loader) is highly regarded.
- Safety Mindset: A strong commitment to Work Health & Safety (WHS), site team culture, and zero-harm practices.
