Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker in Bathurst, NSW. You will assist customers to live more independently at home and in the community, including personal care and medication management, with a solid focus on respectful, person-centred support.

Responsibilities include mentoring, coaching daily living skills, documenting notes, and engaging customers in community activities, with shifts that cover mornings, afternoons, evenings, sleepovers and weekends.
