Mind Australia is seeking a compassionate Group Facilitator for a permanent part-time role (25 hours/week) at the Step-Up Step-Down residential service in Rockingham. You will co-create, plan, facilitate and evaluate group programs that promote self-exploration, recovery, resilience and wellbeing.

You will foster a secure, non-stigmatising environment and work with families and community partners to support residents in achieving personal recovery goals.
