We are located at the Paris end of Collins St, Philippe is a casual, warm bistro that serves traditional French fair, with some up-to-date touches. To be successful in this application, it is essential you have/are:

Ensuring the highest attention to detail is taken at all stages of the service process

good knowledge of food and wine

Sommelier level knowledge of wine

Strong communication skills, receptive to feedback

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation

at least 2 years relevant experience

At least 2 years of waiting experience

Minimum 2 years of waiting or serving experience in a restaurant environment
