About the Role:

As a Baker, you will work alongside experienced bakers to learn all aspects of the baking trade. You'll gain hands-on experience producing a wide range of traditional and specialty breads, pastries, and other bakery items while completing your formal training requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, production, and baking of high-quality bread and bakery products

Learn and follow all Bakers Delight recipes, production schedules, and procedures

Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic work workplace

Follow food safety standards and occupational health and safety procedures

Work efficiently to meet production targets and customer demand





Participate in stock control, storage, and waste minimisation processes

Develop technical baking skills and product knowledge under the supervision of qualified bakers

Undertake training modules and attend required off-site training as part of the apprenticeship

About You:

Passionate about baking and keen to build a career in the industry

Hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn

Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as required

Strong team player with a positive attitude

No previous baking experience necessary - full training provided!
