Western District Health Service seeks compassionate Health Care Workers for Penshurst Campus on a 12-month fixed-term, part time basis (32 hours/week). The role focuses on person-centred care, supporting residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.

You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, provide daily living assistance, monitor residents and report changes, while upholding safety and documentation standards. Applications close 5 November 2026.
