Dentist / Oral Health Therapist – Proud Smile Jnr

Proud Smile Jnr is a general dental practice dedicated to children and teenagers aged 0–17, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and creating positive dental experiences. We are offering a part-time, commission-based position, with opportunities to increase hours as our practice continues to grow. We welcome applications from both experienced dentists and new graduates who have a genuine interest in children's dentistry, as well as Oral Health Therapists.

Key responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive general dental care to children and teenagers
- Perform examinations, preventative and restorative treatments
- Create positive experiences for children, including anxious patients
- Develop personalised treatment plans and communicate with families
- Work collaboratively with the supportive clinical team

About you

- Current AHPRA registration and appropriate professional indemnity insurance
- Recognised dental qualifications
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), or eligibility to obtain one
- Gentle, patient and compassionate approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for children's oral health




- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a growing practice
- Experience or an interest in orthodontics and early intervention would be highly regarded
