Cricks Highway is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team in Springwood, QLD. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the success of our retail operations. As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Cricks Highway, building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and driving sales performance across our store.

What you'll be doing

- Greeting customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the store
- Assisting customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs and preferences
- Providing product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale
- Handling customer enquiries, concerns and complaints with patience and professionalism
- Maintaining an organised, clean and welcoming store environment
- Restocking shelves and displays to ensure product availability and visual appeal
- Supporting store promotions and participating in merchandising activities
- Building lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
- Contributing to achieving sales targets and store performance goals

What we're looking for

- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and helpful manner
- Customer service experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others




- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy retail setting
- Basic numeracy skills and accuracy when handling transactions and payments
- Reliability and a strong work ethic with punctuality and commitment to shifts
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new products and systems
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift stock as required
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed
- Previous experience with point-of-sale systems is advantageous
