You will monitor plan completion, arrears, and deposit coverage while identifying emerging risks and adjusting approval settings. The role offers hybrid work from Sydney and exposure to leadership.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in risk, fintech or BNPL, and can build risk frameworks from first principles with high autonomy.
