HR Partners in Sydney seeks a mobile Field Team Leader to supervise on-road Home Assessors across South Sydney, Wollongong and the ACT. You will lead field inspections, coach a remote team and ensure accurate repair scopes and estimates for property claims.

This full time role includes a company vehicle, monthly travel, and KPI-based bonuses. A NSW driving license and willingness to travel regionally are required, with 2+ years in home assessing or construction management preferred.
