Sonoma Baking Company is looking for reliable and enthusiastic Packers to join our busy Sydney bakery team. Built from humble beginnings, Sonoma is one of Australia’s most respected artisan bakeries, known for our uncompromising quality, signature sourdough and passionate people.

About the role

As a Bakery Packer, you’ll help ensure our freshly baked products are prepared and packed to meet customer orders and daily production requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

Slicing and packing freshly baked bread.

Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

Maintaining quality, hygiene, food safety and workplace safety standards.

Working collaboratively with different teams across the bakery.

Assisting with other day-to-day bakery tasks as required.

Afternoon/evening shift: 4:00 pm - 12:00 am

Employment types include full-time, part-time and casual, with opportunities depending on business needs.

About you

Reliable, motivated and a positive team player.

Comfortable with hands-on work in a busy bakery environment.

Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.





Willing to learn and help wherever needed.

Able to safely handle products and materials weighing up to 15 kg.

Previous packing, bakery or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
