Empire Group is seeking a Lawyer with 1–3 years’ PQE in insurance litigation to join its busy team in Sydney. The role covers public liability, personal injury and qualified indemnity, with opportunities to handle own files and progress to larger District and Supreme Court matters under partner mentorship.

You will draft advices on policy coverage and indemnity, prepare court documents, and regularly appear in Local and District Courts, while building strong relationships with insurer clients
