CRM & Patient Marketing Manager - Healthcare

North Sydney | 7 Month Contract | Full Time

Our centres provide general practice, dental, radiology, telehealth, pharmacy, pathology, allied health and specialist services, bringing quality healthcare together under one roof.

As our organisation continues to grow, we're looking for a Patient Marketing Manager to we're looking for an experienced Patient Marketing Manager to join us on a 7-month parental leave contract.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll take ownership of patient CRM and lifecycle marketing across the Our Medical and Our Sage brands. Leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the wider Salesforce ecosystem, you'll create personalised communications that support patient acquisition, engagement and retention.

While CRM and patient communications are an significant part of the role, you'll also lead and support a broad range of patient marketing initiatives, including advertising campaigns, local area marketing, membership growth and customer experience activities. We're looking for someone who brings strong CRM expertise, enjoys creating engaging content and is confident applying their skills across multiple areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage patient CRM communications and lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS and other digital channels
- Leverage Salesforce Marketing Cloud and the broader Salesforce ecosystem to deliver personalised patient experiences




- Create and manage patient-facing content across multiple channels and touchpoints
- Support the growth and engagement of the Our Medical Membership program
- Coordinate broader patient marketing activity, including local area marketing and digital campaigns
- Manage relationships with agency partners and key internal stakeholders
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and outcomes
- Support the ongoing optimisation of patient-facing digital assets

About You

You'll be a commercially minded marketer who enjoys combining technology, communication and customer experience to deliver meaningful outcomes.

You'll bring:

- Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence working with stakeholders and external partners
- A proactive mindset, curiosity and the ability to learn quickly
- Experience in loyalty, membership, local area marketing or digital campaign management will be highly regarded
- Healthcare experience is not essential.

Location & Travel

This is a 7-month parental leave contract, with an anticipated commencement in early December 2026. The role is based in our North Sydney office and is a full-time office-based position. Travel to our medical centres and interstate locations, including Melbourne, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, may be required from time to time.
