Opportunity to relocate to the Gold Coast

A design-led, premium homewares and furniture brand on the Gold Coast is looking for a Digital & eCommerce Marketing Manager to lead its online performance and the team behind it.

This is a role for an eCommerce specialist who understands how to grow a premium brand online without cheapening it. You'll own the site, the customer journey and retention, and set direction on paid media, while the brand and social specialists already in the team keep ownership of their areas with you leading and developing them.

What you'll be doing

- Leading digital and eCommerce performance across Shopify, site experience, UX, CRO and online merchandising
- Owning the customer journey, CRM and EDM strategy, building out segmentation and automated flows in Klaviyo
- Setting paid media strategy and creative direction, working with the existing ads agency (no hands-on media buying)
- Leading and developing a small team: Brand Communications Manager, part-time Social Media Manager and eCommerce Coordinator
- Working closely with the founder,



leadership team and Head of Operations on strategy and commercial priorities
- Playing a part in the brand's growth into the US

What you'll bring

- Senior eCommerce or digital marketing experience in a brand-led business, ideally premium homewares, interiors, furniture or lifestyle
- Hands-on knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, CRM, UX, conversion and merchandising
- Strong commercial instincts and a track record of driving online revenue and retention
- Experience leading and developing a team
- The ability to communicate a considered, premium product without resorting to gimmicks
- A collaborative style suited to a quick-moving, small-business environment

The details

- Full-time, Gold Coast office-based with one WFH day a week
- Interstate candidates open to relocating are encouraged to apply
