About the Role

We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join us on a 12-month fixed-term contract and lead the design of the next phase of our AI-powered coaching platform.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role based in Melbourne. You will work closely with engineering teams to rapidly prototype and design product experiences(mobile and web) - turning conceptual ideas into friendly, modern, and functional designs that directly shape how thousands of learners experience Getmee. You will design the capabilities and oversee their delivery to production.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead and facilitate co-design workshops and planning sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Translate ideas and user needs into wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Design intuitive, accessible user experiences that balance solid UX with business goals and technical constraints
- Iterate rapidly based on usability testing,



user feedback, and stakeholder reviews
- Ensure all UI designs meet accessibility compliance standards (WCAG)
- Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and advisors to ensure design feasibility and alignment
- Identify UX challenges and develop scalable design solutions that improve engagement and outcomes
- Create product demo videos to showcase platform capabilities to internal and external audiences

What We Are Looking For

- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio of web-based work
- Expert-level Figma skills - wireframes, prototypes, and design systems
- Proven experience running or contributing to co-design and stakeholder workshops
- Strong user-centred design mindset with solid UX research and usability testing capabilities
- Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards
- Ability to interpret broad, ambiguous concepts and deliver polished, modern design solutions
- Comfortable working independently and thriving in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Experience creating product demo videos is highly regarded

You will be designing a digital experience that helps learners and their advisors access tailored AI coaching and career support tools. The platform is built on Getmee's intelligent coaching engine and is designed to streamline training and drive real employment outcomes - starting with the Education and Care career pipeline.
