Regis Resources is seeking an experienced Processing Operations Superintendent to lead the Duketon South processing team. This FIFO role (8:6 roster) from Perth will deliver safe, productive and cost-effective production while driving continuous improvement.

You will oversee plant performance, cost control and budget management, liaise with operations, maintenance and suppliers, and develop a high-performing, safety-conscious team culture at site.
