Pulse GTM in Melbourne seeks an experienced Customer Success Manager to own a mid-market portfolio and drive renewals, adoption, and growth. You’ll build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and guide customers to maximize platform value across the lifecycle.

You will partner with Sales, Onboarding and Technical teams to ensure successful deployments, manage 100–120 customers, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining accurate activity in Salesforce.
