PolyNovo Limited in Melbourne seeks an Operational Quality Lead to strengthen our Quality team, partnering with Manufacturing to embed quality into day-to-day operations. You will oversee batch documentation, nonconformance investigations, CAPAs, change controls, label control and maintenance activities while providing hands-on QA support through Gemba walks and proactive quality monitoring.

The role requires 5–8 years in QA for medical devices, leadership experience, and deep knowledge of GDP,
