We are partnering with a global leader in cross-border payments, currency data, and embedded finance. They process billions annually and are rapidly expanding their ERP channel partnerships to deliver seamless, integrated payment solutions.

Sitting at the intersection of Technology, Sales, and Customer Success, this is a highly visible, relationship-driven role. You will not be purely behind the scenes configuring systems; instead, you will act as the critical conduit managing the end-to-end integration of payment APIs into enterprise ERPs and specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Key Focus Areas:

- End-to-End Delivery: Managing project timelines from discovery and sandbox testing through to production and successful go-live.
- Technical Consulting: Translating complex API capabilities for everyone from software engineers to CFO-level stakeholders.
- Ecosystem Networking: Attending industry conferences and building strong relationships across the Microsoft partner channel.
- Cross-Functional Leadership:



Bridging the gap between the internal Implementation and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Who We’re Looking For:

- A solid background within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Business Central ecosystem (ideally coming from a Microsoft Gold Partner, MSP, or ERP consultancy).
- Experience in software implementation, technical account management, or delivery—you sit comfortably between technical architecture and commercial client success.
- A solid understanding of RESTful APIs, ERP integrations, and the broader FinTech/Financial Services landscape.
- A highly relational, self-starting professional who loves learning and taking ownership of the customer journey.

Location:

Hybrid (2-3 days in the office). Melbourne or Sydney (CBD location).
