Betashares is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to own the operational backbone of a multi-disciplinary marketing function in Sydney.

This role drives process rigor, embeds AI and automation to lift productivity, and ensures the marketing team operates with structure, efficiency and momentum across lifecycle, content, paid media, brand and channels.

You will partner with the CMO and Marketing Directors, implement workflows, and deliver measurable improvements.
