UpGuard is hiring a Customer Success Manager on a 12-month fixed term contract to onboard and enable customers globally. You will guide customers through success plans, training sessions and regular check-ins, ensuring optimal use of UpGuard to meet goals.

You will analyze customer pain points, provide proactive education, and coordinate with Product, Sales & Marketing to drive adoption and cross-sell opportunities. A solid customer focus and communication skills are essential.
