Coles Group Pty Ltd is seeking a Capital Transactions Manager in Hawthorn East, Melbourne, to identify, assess and secure strategic property opportunities across Victoria. The role involves significant time in the office and on inspections, working with internal teams to progress deals and deliver solid commercial outcomes.

You will manage end-to-end acquisitions, assess valuations and feasibility, and negotiate with developers and landowners.
