The Opportunity

Supervise electrical construction crews on a major Recent South Wales renewable energy development, reporting to electrical site leadership. This site-based DIDO role follows a 9:5 roster, with accommodation and allowances where applicable.

Your Responsibilities

- Supervise crews and contractors installing PV arrays, inverters, AC/DC systems, switchgear, transformers and HV connections.
- Plan daily work, allocate resources and track progress.
- Verify compliance with electrical standards, network requirements, WHS obligations and project designs.
- Inspect quality and maintain construction records.
- Resolve technical and delivery risks with engineers, project managers and safety teams.
- Support commissioning and operations handover.





RequirementsSkills, Education And Requirements

- An electrical trade qualification and NSW electrical licence.
- Supervisory experience on large construction projects; renewable energy or HV experience is highly desirable.
- Strong HV/LV, solar construction and grid-connection knowledge.
- Demonstrated team leadership and effective communication, organisation and problem solving.
- Commitment to safe delivery and construction quality.
