Datacom is seeking a Service Catalogue Manager for a 12-month fixed term contract in Sydney. You will oversee design, development, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Service Request Catalogue within the ITSM platform, ensuring clear definitions, proper categorisation and accessibility in line with ITSM best practices.

The role requires 5+ years in ITSM disciplines, robust ITIL/JSM knowledge, and experience in complex multi-provider environments.
