Westpac Group is seeking a Senior Retail Lease Manager to lead major retail property transactions across Australia and drive successful lease outcomes. You will negotiate with landlords and legal counsel, guiding complex deals from instruction through execution.

You’ll collaborate with Leasing, Projects and Operations teams to remove roadblocks, manage timelines, and ensure compliance with policy and authority limits. Robust negotiation and stakeholder skills are essential.
