Key Responsibilities
- Takeresponsibilityforengineeringactivitiesandtechnicalcoordinationacrossassignedconstructionworks
- ManagesitequalityrequirementsandensureconstructionactivitiescomplywithapprovedITPsandprojectspecifications
- Prepareandmaintaininspectionrecords,lotdocumentation,conformancerecordsandhandoverdocumentation
- Monitorholdpoints,witnesspointsandqualityinspectionsthroughoutprojectdelivery
- Identify,recordandassistwithclosingoutnon-conformancesandtechnicalissues
- Reviewstructuraldrawings,specificationsandconstructiondocumentationbeforeandduringsiteactivities
- PrepareRFIsandcoordinatetechnicalquerieswithrelevantprojectstakeholders
- Supportconstructionteamswithsitesetout,reinforcementinspectionsandconcretepourpreparation
- Monitorprojectprogressagainstconstructionprogramsandagreedmilestones
- Identifypotentialprogramdelaysandcommunicateissuestotheprojectmanagementteam
- Coordinatematerials,plantandconstructionconsumablesinlinewithprojectrequirements
- Attendsiteinspections,progressmeetingsandcoordinationdiscussionswithclientsandcontractors
- Providepracticalengineeringguidancetosupervisorsandconstructioncrews
- Assistwithreinforcementscheduling,procurement,fixingsupervisionandqualitycompliance
- Supportsiteteamsinmaintainingworkplacehealth,safetyandenvironmentalrequirements
- Maintainaccurateprojectrecordsandengineeringdocumentation
- Workcollaborativelywithprojectmanagement,supervisionteams,contractorsandconstructioncrews

Requirements & Eligibility
- Minimum2yearsofAustralianexperienceasaSiteEngineeronstructuralconcreteorcomparablecivilinfrastructureprojects
- TertiaryqualificationinCivilEngineering,StructuralEngineeringorarelateddiscipline
- DemonstratedunderstandingofconstructionqualityassurancesystemsandITP-baseddelivery
- Strongabilitytointerpretstructuraldrawings,engineeringspecificationsandconstructiondocumentation
- Practicalunderstandingofsiteengineeringandconstructionprocesses
- Strongwrittencommunicationanddocumentationskills
