Profusion is seeking an experienced head of credit to lead credit risk, transaction structuring, portfolio oversight and governance within a commercial real estate private credit business. You will influence credit decisions across a diversified CRE debt portfolio and partner with executive stakeholders.

As Head of Credit you will oversee risk management across the lending portfolio, drive policy, standards and ensure sound judgement balancing risk and return in a senior leadership role.
