Randstad in Australia seeks a Team Leader for On-Road Home Assessors to oversee a mobile field team across South Sydney, Wollongong and ACT. This permanent, full time role combines hands-on inspections with team coaching and performance oversight.

You will manage remote field assessors, ensure accurate assessments and builder quotes, and travel monthly to remote sites. A company vehicle is provided and KPI-based bonuses apply.
