Covera Health is seeking a Contract Commercial Counsel to become the primary legal partner supporting our commercial organization during a period of transition. This is a full time contract opportunity, projected for about six months, with exposure across Sales, Product, Partnerships, Operations, Procurement, Security, Finance, and People to help move the business quickly while managing legal risk.

You will own negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements, develop templates and playbooks,
