Assignar is seeking a Customer Solutions Manager to own the end-to-end customer rollout, from kickoff through live payroll workflows and ongoing optimization. You will lead implementations, train teams, configure customer environments, and drive quarterly success reviews to ensure value realization for construction clients.

This remote-in-Australia role requires regular travel to customer sites and solid collaboration with sales, solutions engineering, and customer success.
