OneQode is seeking a commercial lawyer to support the General Counsel on customer contracts, supplier agreements, partnerships and corporate matters. The role requires independent handling of day-to-day contract matters and direction on larger, complex issues.

You will work across multiple jurisdictions and a mix of agreements including enterprise offtake, NDAs, MSAs and reseller terms, contributing to regulatory and governance tasks as needed.
