Use your real-world software engineering experience to assess AI-generated code, design realistic engineering challenges, review solutions, and help improve how AI handles production-level development work.

Responsibilities:

- Review and evaluate AI-generated code, bug fixes, refactors, and technical solutions
- Create realistic software engineering tasks based on real-world development scenarios
- Compare AI-generated outputs and identify strengths, weaknesses, and edge cases
- Develop test cases, evaluation rubrics, and quality standards
- Provide detailed feedback on code quality, correctness, and maintainability

Requirements:

- 2+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experience working with Git, testing frameworks, and debugging tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Backgrounds:

- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, or cloud-based development
- Frontend, backend, mobile, or full-stack development backgrounds
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude
