Optus is seeking a Networks End-to-End Service Owner based in Macquarie Park–Sydney to own Mobile Voice and Consumer Fixed Voice services, shaping roadmaps, service targets and reliability.

You will collaborate with Product and business teams, translate complex service challenges into clear priorities, and lead improvements in service health, observability and cost efficiency. Solid ITIL, network engineering and stakeholder-management skills are required.
