Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance (BHSI) in Sydney is seeking a self-directed Credit Control Manager to oversee billing and collection activities for Australia and Current Zealand. You'll develop uniform strategies and systems regionally, working with underwriting, our offshore partner Xceedance, brokers, program administrators, and MGAs to improve collection outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in collections and credit control, strong Excel skills, and a collaborative, global mindset.
