You will deliver dedicated commercial finance expertise to brokers, drive platform and technology solutions, and enable growth for broker businesses across all brands in the group.

The role also involves recruiting brokers with expertise to diversify the group’s offerings. A hybrid work model is in place with adaptable leave and development opportunities.
