Job Description

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for the following:

- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Manage cash flow and financial analysis to support decision-making.
- Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational strategies.




- Prepare detailed financial reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimise financial performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have/be:

- A professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA or equivalent).
- Proven experience in financial management within an inventory based organisation
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Business Services backing preferred but not mandatory
