You’re agile, keen and open to meaningful work and opportunities that come your way.
This is your opportunity to broaden your experience and perspectives, step out of the confines of a standard project role and expand your scope to work with an interconnected ecosystem of industry professionals.
In this role, you'll:
- You’ll play a pivotal role in translating business strategy into actionable outcomes by designing and maintaining enterprise business architecture frameworks. You’ll align business structures, processes, people, information, and technology with strategic goals to enable efficiency, agility, and scalability.
- You’ll lead the development and maintenance of business capability models, mapping maturity and identifying gaps across the enterprise. Using value stream and value chain mapping, you’ll uncover opportunities to optimise workflows and improve customer outcomes through outside-in thinking.
- As a leading practice architect, you’ll bring expertise in simplifying complexity, applying structured methods, and embedding governance that drives consistency and adoption. You’ll collaborate across business units to integrate processes, roles, and technology into a cohesive architecture that supports smarter, faster, and more resilient service delivery. Your ability to analyse, discover, and share insights will influence enterprise-wide decisions and shape the future operating model.
About You
- You bring strong knowledge of BizBok, capability modelling, and maturity mapping, with the ability to align people, processes, information, and technology to strategic objectives. You are an analytical thinker who can apply industry trends, benchmarking, and leading practice to support enterprise design and transformation outcomes.
- You have experience facilitating stakeholder discussions that build alignment, challenge assumptions, and support effective decision-making. You are proficient in enterprise modelling tools such as Signavio, Capsifi, Orbus iServer, Visio, or similar platforms, and can communicate complex concepts clearly across diverse stakeholder groups.
- You have experience working in large, complex public sector or enterprise environments and applying systems thinking to connect customer needs, business objectives, data insights, and operational outcomes. Exposure to operating model design, enterprise transformation, service delivery improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and collaboration with CX and service design teams will be highly regarded.
