Zoos Victoria is seeking an experienced People Experience Business Partner to join on a fixed-term basis through to 30 June 2027. The role supports a diverse portfolio across Parkville, Werribee and Healesville.
You’ll partner with operational and professional stakeholders, manage ER/IR matters in a unionised setting, and help lead the transition to a new operating model while staying close to the business.
