We are looking for experienced Territory Managers to join a leading organisation in the flooring industry , responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships across the professional flooring and building-products channel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow relationships with flooring contractors, retailers, distributors, architects and designers
- Develop new business and achieve territory sales targets
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer training
- Provide product support and troubleshooting
- Develop specifications and sales opportunities with existing and new customers
- Maintain customer activity and sales reporting through CRM
- Support trade shows, training programs and industry events
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Warehouse and Accounts teams

Ideal Candidate

- Proven B2B sales / territory management experience
- Strong knowledge of the timber flooring / flooring industry
- Experience working with contractors, retailers and distributors
- Strong relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills
- Commercially driven with a strong customer focus
- Comfortable working independently and managing a territory
- CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency
