SRG Hospitality in Sydney is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a cluster of venues, owning guest experience, labour, cost and compliance. You will coach Restaurant Managers, drive standards, and partner with the Executive Chef to ensure FOH and BOH run as one.
You'll report to our F&B; Director, manage rostering against real trade, and bring a track record of improving commercial performance across multiple sites. You're comfortable with high-volume hospitality and the NSW licensing landscape.
