HVO Hunter Valley Operations is seeking a confident leader to manage a team of shotfirers and contractors at the North site. You will drive safety, mentor staff, and ensure blasting targets are met in a complex, fast-paced environment.

This on-site leadership role offers progression opportunities, robust safety culture, and exposure to premier mining operations in the Hunter Valley. You will work closely with Superintendents and managers to deliver superior performance.
