PCR Talent is seeking an ambitious Associate Structural Engineer to lead a growing team in Sydney. The role combines hands-on structural engineering with leadership to mentor engineers and designers, while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering projects efficiently.

You will shape the structures team, mentor others, and progress toward Principal and Director as the business expands. Australian consultancy experience and cooperative leadership are key.
