We are searching for an experienced Ticketing Manager to execute all operational ticketing activity across Untitled Group events and tours, ensuring accurate delivery, compliance with venue and partner requirements, and a seamless patron experience. The role bridges ticketing planning, building and operational hands-on delivery, managing systems, and stakeholder relationships to meet event and Untitled objectives. Success in this role will rely heavily on fulfilling ticketing strategies that ensure Untitled Group festivals, tours and events maximise revenue and customer experience through ticket sales.

We are open to an interstate remote-work location for the right candidate.

About you

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE

- 3 to 4 years' experience in ticketing operations and delivery across both festivals and touring
- Strong working knowledge of multiple ticketing systems, with hands on experience in ticket scaling and pricing
- Advanced Excel and data management skills, and the ability to turn data into decisions
- Excellent stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills, with a professional and diplomatic approach to competing demands
- A clear and confident communicator, written and verbal, with an adaptable and proactive mindset
- Strong time management and the ability to juggle multiple events and priorities without losing accuracy
- Calm under pressure, solutions focused and resilient in fast changing festival environments
- Box office management or supervisory event experience (an advantage)
- A real passion for music, live events and festival culture

The inherent requirements of this role require a flexible schedule that includes event work from time to time.

Responsibilities

Ticketing operations and delivery

- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly ticketing experience for customers through innovative solutions and technology enhancements.
- Coordinate and manage ticket sales across festivals and tours, including setting pricing strategies, creating ticketing packages and overseeing sales channels.
- Onsite & operational event work involving box office, accreditation, ingress & gate management.

Collaborate across teams

- Align ticketing strategies with overall business objectives and company vision.
- Manage relationships with ticketing partners, vendors, and sponsors to secure favourable terms and drive promotional initiatives.
- Work with Operations and Site teams to ensure event capacities, layouts, and access align with ticketing structures.
