An excellent opportunity for a high-performing Analyst to step into a Senior Analyst role with a well-established investment banking platform in Melbourne.

Combining a quality client base with a collaborative, down-to-earth culture, the team offers exposure to public M&A; and an active transaction pipeline.

The opportunity

Working closely with experienced senior bankers, you will contribute across the full deal lifecycle, take increasing ownership of transaction deliverables and develop your execution and client relationship skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Building and reviewing financial models, valuations and transaction analysis.
- Supporting buyer and seller due diligence.
- Preparing information memoranda, presentations and board materials.




- Supporting transaction execution across public and private M&A.;
- Participating in client meetings and coordinating with advisers and other transaction stakeholders.

About you

- A minimum of two years’ M&A; experience within an investment bank, independent advisory firm or Big Four M&A; / Corporate Finance team.
- Robust academic results, with a Distinction average or above .
- Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.
- Experience contributing to live M&A; transactions, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and produce accurate, high-quality work.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and a commitment to building a long-term career in investment banking.
