Thiess in Australia is seeking a Senior Payroll Officer to lead the timely, accurate processing of fortnightly wages and ensure compliance with Awards, Enterprise Agreements and Australian legislation. You will act as Payroll SME for Oracle, Preceda and future systems, mentor the team, drive process improvements, and collaborate with HR and finance to deliver reliable payroll outcomes.
