The Australian Banking Association (ABA) is seeking a Policy Associate/Director to join the Customer Policy team in Sydney. The role focuses on developing policy positions in response to government reforms and industry initiatives, providing technical advice and research to support policy decisions.

Depending on experience, the appointment may be as Associate Director, Policy or Policy Director. This permanent role is based in Sydney and involves building trusted relationships with member banks
