Ribs & Roast, a Western Sydney food manufacturing group, seeks a hands-on Maintenance Manager to own maintenance across the site. You will lead preventative maintenance, manage equipment, and drive reliability improvements while coordinating contractors and safeguarding safety standards.

The role focuses on technical leadership, timely responses to breakdowns and proactive planning to support continuous production. Monday–Friday, with occasional flexibility for maintenance needs.
