Elite RV Victoria, Victoria's premier motorhome specialist, is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager/Technician to join our growing team at our state-of-the-art facility in Lynbrook.

About the Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the running of our busy workshop. This is a managerial and hands-on role ideal for a Manager/skilled technician who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the workshop and aftersales Customer Service
- Perform scheduled servicing and maintenance on motorhomes.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, gas, and appliance systems
- Carry out bodywork, chassis repairs, suspension work, and accessory installations
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and handover preparations
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical advice to customers
- Arrange registration of sold motorhomes.
- Maintain a clean,



secure, and organised workshop environment
- Ensure all work complies with Australian standards and manufacturer guidelines

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as a Motorhome, Caravan, or RV Manager/Technician.
- Strong skills in 12V/24V electrical systems, gas systems (LPG), plumbing, appliances, and general RV repairs
- Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service bulletins
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude
- Trade qualification (e.g., automotive, refrigeration, or recreational vehicle technician) preferred but not essential if you have strong relevant experience
