Bega Group on Ridge Street is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a skilled team of about 40 operators in a contract manufacturing setting for cheeses. You’ll drive performance across quality, safety, cost and environmental targets, ensuring consistent outcomes at scale.

The role requires availability for 12-hour day shifts (6:00 pm–6:00 am Mon–Wed and 10:00 pm–6:00 am on the fourth Sunday). Join a leading Australian food company committed to people, safety and continuous improvement.
